BORN TO SKI
is a medium fermented light special beer for real connoisseurs. The recipe is newly supplemented with cold hops, leaching of hops of the Žatecký
poloraný červeňák variety in lager tanks at low temp, which brings and increases the aroma of this variety into the aroma. Despite the increased dose of Žatecký poloraný
červeňák, and thus the higher value of bitterness in the taste, sweet malt variations
complemented by a typical yeasty perception predominate. After drinking, it settles on the tongue and then comes the typically short, pleasant aftertaste of bitterness. It is also profiled
with higher fullness, lower middle cut and rich foam.

This is a classic Czech lager. We use only the best (but local) Saaz hops and Moravian barley
,soft low salt water from the breweries own artesian wells, 90days 2nd fermentation in
the centuries old brewery cellars deliver a beautifully balanced, lightly carbonated lager - easy
on the mouth hoppiness and medium bitterness.
In the taste and aroma of which there is an optimally balanced pleasant medium intense bitterness.
After drinking, it is characterized by an overall short, pleasant after taste of bitterness. It is also profiled with a higher medium fullness, medium cut and rich foam. Classic South
Bohemian beer, noble, proud and popular in many ski resorts in The Alps and Scandinavia.

Our IPA, oat malt beer top fermented. As a beer type, we
chose the American IPA from the local hops, while those used for the last hops are stronglyaromatic and bring flavors and aromas of the Caribbean and exotic fruits.
What exactly is a beer type
of IPA: it is a beer with a higher % of alcohol, markedly
fermented, which originated at a time when the English ruled India and wanted to have a
favorite drink - beer. Unfortunately, the beer spoiled, soured during transport, and thus it was
gradually found that higher concentrations of alcohol and hop substances prevent spoilage of beer. Nowadays, when we can already ensure the durability of beer, it is more of a taste specific variant of beer.
